The girls weightlifting team came in second place to Nature Coast in the Hernando County weightlifting championships.  The Lady Sharks defeated the Lady Leopards by 6 points 60-54. The Lady Leopards did well in the weight lifting meet again Academy of the Lakes and Weeki Wachee High School. Pritz Leads in GC8 Winter Season Awards

The Gulf Coast Eight Conference awards were announced last night at the winter meeting being held at Lecanto High School.  Wrestler Josh Pritz led the way by being named Wrestler of the Year.  Coach David Pritz was named Coach of the Year after leading the Leopards to the conference championship.  The following wrestlers were named

Fleming, Mobley Named Athletes of the Month for January

Bre Mobley and Sam Fleming were named Glory Days Athletes of the Month for January.  Bre was a state qualifier in girls weightlifting that finished in the top 10 and was also GC8 Conference Champion and District Champion. Christie & Mobley Finish 2nd; Team 5th

Kali Christie and Bre Mobley finished in second place at the FHSAA Regional girls weightlifting competition being held at River Ridge High School.  The Lady Leopard team finished in a respectable 5th place.  There is a chance that Christie and/or Mobley could advance to the state as an at-large depending on how the other lifters

Bunting, Mobley District Champs; Team 3rd

Amelia Bunting (169 pound class) and Bre Mobley (183 pound class) won the district championship held at River Ridge High School. Bunting totaled 285 pounds and Mobley totaled 320 pounds.
